Okay, let's get the conversation started.  As we form our sub-IPA in Glendale/Burbank, we will need to join an existing IPA who will share their contracts with us.  Some possibilities are Regal, HCP/DaVita, GAMC (aspires to form IPA soon).  In your opinion, which one should we join and why?
